One of the most profound reasons No Borders Law Group chose Fiji as the focus of this charitable initiative comes from a deeply personal experience.

Distance & Limited Access to Care

Agnes Kemenes, No Borders Law Group Founder, once met a family in Fiji that became close to her heart. The father was a sailor raising three children. During a natural disaster, Agnes supported the family by helping them restore their home through financial assistance. Over time, a genuine connection formed.

Tragically, a few years later, the father passed away suddenly due to a lack of timely medical support. His death was not caused by a rare illness, but by distance and limited access to care.

Deepened Commitment & Connection

Agnes’ experience with the family deepened not only her commitment to healthcare access but also her connection to Fiji itself. She has come to admire the warmth, resilience, and generosity of the island communities, and she is inspired by the rich traditions and culture that guide daily life.

Living among these communities, witnessing how families support each other through challenges, and seeing the breathtaking landscapes, from the turquoise waters and white sand beaches to the lush forests, has strengthened her resolve.

A Project Rooted in Promise

This connection makes the mission deeply personal. It is about protecting the lives and wellbeing of people she respects and cherishes and ensuring that the islands she has grown to love can thrive with accessible healthcare.

Since then, it has been Agnes’ advocacy and commitment to help prevent similar losses that has driven the vision behind the GoTwogether Foundation. The development of accessible healthcare services for island communities is not just a project. It is a promise born from real loss and a determination to change outcomes for local families.

Help Bring Healthcare Within Reach

The success of the GoTwogether Foundation depends on collective support. Donations play a vital role in funding medical missions, improving facilities, supporting healthcare workers, and ensuring essential services remain available to island communities.

A Foundation Built on Real Needs

The focus on the Health Center reflects what local leaders and residents have consistently shared. Healthcare must be accessible, dependable, and close to home. A well-equipped health center within the Yasawa Islands is not a luxury. It is a necessity for dignity, safety, and long-term community wellbeing.
